River Power:
Legilimency

Since Reid is obviously not a wizard, he will not have to cast a spell in order to have access to people’s minds. His legilimency will consist of “be[ing] able to detect if the person is lying, as well as [delving] into their thoughts, emotions, and memories”. He will not have the power to implant memories or change people’s thoughts. Also his power will be something that he will have to choose to use. He doesn’t have an automatic feed of what’s going on in everyone’s brains at any given time. He will also have to work at it so that it becomes stronger over time.
So, basically, this needs permissions. Please fill out the form below and comment to this entry. Also, even if you fill this out, I will still give you an OOC heads up that he's going to do it. Feel free to put multiple characters in one comment.

Anything in particular that you would WANT him to find?: not that i can think of, maybe just his really really conflicted issues surrounding Bobbi (his ex-wife he's still in love with) and Jessica (the now-ex-girlfriend he recently hurt really badly because he is bad at dealing with shit that's tied up with Bobbi and who he really really likes and could maybe even love and who happens to be in the city)

Hannibal's river power is the ability to sense people using psionic/mental powers on him (and as he gets better, block and even turn the powers around on the user) so we could actually probably have quite a lot of fun with their abilities both slowly being noticed and then evolving alongside one another's. Best cat and mouse game ever for discovering a serial killer's lies!
Anything in particular that you would WANT him to find?: Probably plot-specific, for memories. I certainly encourage him to at least realize that Hannibal...rarely feels the way he acts. He's basically a big ball of lies. But like I said, their powers could play really well off of each other and I'm going to have fun with this.~
Anything you would NOT want him to find?: Oh god no, anything you personally know of the character, find in his application/wiki/etc, or see in my narration is generally fair game. If you're not sure just ping me on plurk!

Anything you would NOT want him to find?: Again, same as above. But do beware - Buffy's memories are genuinely the stuff people have nightmares about.

Anything in particular that you would WANT him to find?: Assuming you're not familiar with the fandom and the character, just for the sake of argument, it's probably not hard to figure out that he's not entirely comfortable with himself and why -- he's a part-time giant green rage monster and superhero. He has issues with alcohol to the point where he won't drink and judges people who do, even casually, because his father was an abusive alcoholic who eventually murdered his mother. Tony Stark is his best friend. That sort of thing. Really, Spencer's welcome to pick up on anything in the prose, if you want him to, but those are the biggest things coming to mind right off the top of my head.
